Quick Tip Tuesday - 3 Easy Ways to Import Documents
Did you know you can import documents into Docusign from your favorite source, whether it be in the cloud, on your device, an “Open In…” app or by taking a picture of the document that you need signed?

Did you know you can import documents into Docusign from your favorite source, whether it be in the cloud, on your device, an “Open In…” app or by taking a picture of the document that you need signed?
Try these great tips below:
1. Import from Dropbox, Box, or Google Drive
Tap on the corresponding button and you will be prompted to login to your document source of choice. From here you can select the document you want to sign or send for signature.
2. Import using an app that supports "Open In…"
The growing list of apps that support “Open In” functionality include Mail, Safari, SugarSync, Adobe CreatePDF, Documents To Go, and more. In Mail, tap and hold the attachment until the “Open In...” menu appears. Select the “Open In...” and choose Docusign Ink from the list.
In other 3rd party apps, tap the “Open In...” button. Select Docusign Ink from the list or select the “Open In...” button to open in Docusign Iink.
3. Take a pic of a document using Docusign Ink's Capture feature
If your device has a built-in camera, you can use Docusign Ink’s Capture feature to take a photo of the documents you wish to sign or send for a signature. You can also import images from your iOS Photos app.
