Where would a company like Docusign be without its partners? Indeed, partnerships are an essential ingredient across so many aspects of professional and personal life. Which is why it’s important to take the time to acknowledge and celebrate these partnerships.

Each year, the Docusign Partner Awards set out to do just this. It’s a time to recognise the partners who go above and beyond in demonstrating exceptional innovation and business impact. And, this year, we were delighted to present the 2023 winners with their gongs at Momentum Sydney and Singapore.

Before presenting the first award, Ed Knott, our VP of Sales, Australia and NZ, said, “Nothing is more important than delivering on the outcomes you expect from Docusign. That is, integrated, end-to-end agreement workflows that reduce friction and improve productivity and the user experience. Partners are integral to this. Their presence, hard work and local knowledge help us deliver on our goals.”

And without further ado, he then introduced the partners who have gone above and beyond this year. Congratulations to these very worthy winners.

Reseller Partner of the Year: SoftwareOne

SoftwareOne has been working with Docusign for seven years now, and continues to demonstrate exceptional technical expertise across the region.

The company is a leading global software and cloud solutions provider that is redefining how companies build, buy and manage everything in the cloud. By helping clients to migrate and modernise their workloads and applications — and in parallel, to navigate and optimise the resulting software and cloud changes — SoftwareOne unlocks the value of technology.

Reseller Growth Partner of the Year: FUJIFILM Business Innovation

FUJIFILM Business Innovation has been our fastest-growing partner this year. Their team has embraced innovation across the agreement workflow, and really pushed themselves to achieve success.

The company provides business solutions that are essential for their customers to focus on their core business. This is achieved through a broad portfolio of document technology, services, software and supplies. Their expertise in document management and workflows help their customers work smarter and streamline business processes.

ISV Partner of the Year: InfoTrack

For the second year running, InfoTrack is our ISV Partner of the Year. A Docusign partner for over a decade now, they continue to innovate and push the boundaries with the Docusign API, helping customers eliminate paper and streamline processes.

As true pioneers in property conveyancing automation in Australia, InfoTrack provides an integrated platform that enables their clients to find, analyse, organise and communicate information efficiently and effectively. InfoTrack have been at the forefront helping businesses through technology innovation for over 21 years and have a deep understanding of the legal and conveyancing industry with over 8,000 legal clients across Australia.

Docusign’s integration with InfoTrack streamlines the agreement process for InfoTrack customers in a fully-integrated solution.

ISV Growth Partner of the Year: Class

The Docusign integration with Class experienced a whopping 400% year-on-year growth last year, making it the very worthy winner of this growth award.

Class has been developing and delivering cloud software solutions for the Australian wealth accounting market since 2009. Their mission is to deliver innovative administration solutions that automate manual workloads, driving high levels of processing efficiency and scalability and supporting accountants and their clients with delivering digital SMSFs. Today, they are the trusted technology partner to Australia’s leading accounting, auditing and financial advisory firms. Docusign’s integration with Class allows their customers to manage their agreements without leaving Class.

Two days later we took our Partner Awards to Momentum Singapore to recognise our SI partners. Kelly Yu, Head of Partner Ecosystem, reiterated the importance of partners in Asia and presented SYKE and Spaulding Ridge with their 2023 Docusign Partner Awards.

SI Partner of the Year: SYKE

As a valued Docusign Partner, SYKE has been instrumental in our joint success in FY23.

SYKE is a legal technology and operations consultancy that helps corporate customers to transform their legal teams. With many years of experience working in private practice and in-house roles, SYKE bridge the gap between IT and legal and have a proven ability to deliver solutions to all sectors of the market.

SI Growth Partner of the Year: Spaulding Ridge

Committed to creating strategies that account for customer’s unique needs, Spaulding Ridge helps set forth business transformation journeys with the best-in-cloud technology and award-winner strategic experts.

As a Docusign Platinum Partner, they have established the world’s first dedicated Agreement Cloud practice and believe that improving contract management with Docusign is critical to enabling organisational collaboration, automating business processes, and forging faster paths to revenue.

Congratulations again to all of our winners, and thank you to all partners in the Docusign ecosystem.
