Docusign enjoys record-breaking attendance at Agentforce World Tour in Sydney

Missed Agentforce in Sydney? It was a huge day, with record numbers to Docusign’s booth. Here’s a recap of all the action.

AgentForce Sydney

New name, same incredible vibe. Agentforce, as the Salesforce World Tour is now known, recently landed in Sydney — and Docusign proudly notched up a record-breaking year at the event, with more people visiting our booth and attending our Partner Theatre session than ever before. Here’s a quick recap of the event.

Everyone was there to talk and learn about AI agents. After all, Agentforce (the platform) has been one of the biggest announcements coming out of the SaaS space in recent years. So at Agentforce (the event) everyone was keen to dive in and see where AI is taking the world of work.

At the Docusign booth, attendees were naturally interested in how Docusign integrates with Agentforce and what we’re doing as part of AgentExchange, which is the trusted marketplace for Agentforce. We showcased two use cases — rebates and renewals — to demonstrate just how easy it is to put AI agents to work on agreements within the Salesforce platform.

As well as our integration with Agentforce, attendees were also really keen to talk to us about Docusign’s AI and automation capabilities, and to find out more about Docusign IAM. Indeed, most conversations started with an attendee saying, “We know you’re great at eSignatures, but what else can you do?”

Of course, we were more than happy to show them how Docusign does a whole lot more than electronic signatures. We covered everything from AI-assisted contract reviews to the automation of contract lifecycle management and ID verification. And, given that Agentforce was the first Salesforce event in Asia Pacific since launching Docusign IAM, we were super excited to show people how we’re changing the agreement game in 2025. From customers to prospective partners, including large and small consulting companies, there were countless conversations about how Docusign can impact change outside of eSignature.

Customer Q&A with hipages a highlight

Our Q&A session with Lucy Thompson, Legal Counsel at hipages, pulled in a big crowd. Lucy sat down with Nathan Steiner, our Senior Director, Solutions Consulting, to share hipages’ digital transformation journey from chaos to order. As she explained, prior to Docusign, their supplier contracts were scattered across Google Drive, requiring manual tracking and redlining. It was inefficient and unsustainable for their small in-house legal team.

This all changed when they implemented Docusign and set up a dynamic approval workflow. And it got even more efficient with the Docusign and Salesforce integration, which streamlined document generation processes.

The hipages story really brought to life the potential of Docusign to transform workflows tied to the agreement process. Nathan used the rest of the session to really dive into Docusign IAM and show attendees how it can address the entire, end-to-end agreement process; and also explain the critical link between Salesforce and agreement data in helping organisations drive more revenue, accelerate deals, and manage renewals with ease.
