Accelerate agreement preparation to keep business moving
Getting agreements ready for signature takes time and sometimes many sets of eyes. Setting the structure of the agreement, finding the right data and fields, collecting information and reviewing clauses are just a few steps in a lengthy process.
In Release 3, we’re introducing new capabilities to help propel your team to prepare agreements faster.
Docusign AI-Assisted Review in Microsoft Word for CLM
We’re excited to announce the launch of AI-Assisted Review, a groundbreaking feature powered by Docusign AI that transforms the contract review process in CLM.
Automate contract review with AI. Review contracts against your organization’s playbooks with help from AI. Where language doesn’t align with your standards, get markup suggestions to bring terms back into compliance.
Generate new clauses and markup suggestions. Describe in plain language the markups or new language you’d like to insert and let AI generate it for you. No more having to start from scratch or find a good reference clause to build on.
Answer contract-related questions. Ask questions about the contents of your contract and get quick answers thanks to AI, along with links to relevant source text to confirm for yourself.
Easy access to pre-approved standards. Browse and insert standard language from your CLM clause libraries without leaving Microsoft Word.
This feature is available now to CLM and CLM+ customers in the United States.
Web Forms
In this release, we’re also introducing new features to Advanced Web Forms that were highly requested from our customers. These new features help users easily build and manage forms at scale and speed up data collection for more signers.
Simplify and scale forms management: Reduce the number of forms you need by using document exclusion rules to automatically display relevant documents based on user input, streamlining the process and reducing form complexity. Available now.
Speed up data multi-party data collection: Easily collect data and signatures from multiple parties in a single Web Form, eliminating the need for separate forms. Available early 2025.
Centralized document template management (beta)
Lastly, we’re introducing a beta of a new template creation and management experience with a central location for all of your document templates.
Ensure a centralized view of all document templates: Use a single location in Docusign to view, manage and utilize your document templates.
Drive efficiency in template updates: Updates made to your agreement templates will automatically be reflected across any place that template is being used
Double down on compliance: Leverage pre-approved templates to ensure only the most accurate and up-to-date language is being leveraged across all generated documents.
Sign up for the beta here.
Available January 2025.

Docusign Developer Community: A vibrant new space in the Docusign Community designed for developers to foster innovation, collaboration, and support.
Increase trust while improving the customer experience
Identity verification takes valuable time, especially for repeat signers. Adding extra layers of security to your agreements shouldn’t mean adding friction to the user experience and increasing time to signature.
Identity Wallet for Liveness
In this release, we’re enhancing the scope of our Identity Wallet by enabling recipients who are engaging with our Liveness Detection for ID Verification workflow (available through Docusign ID Verification) to store their verified identity for repeat use.
The Identity Wallet securely captures a recipient's identity verification details and enables them to easily re-apply those details to subsequent agreements, using the built-in biometric capabilities available on their device. In addition to simplifying the agreement process while maintaining a consistent level of security, the Identity Wallet allows users to also:
Complete fast and secure agreements: Improve user experiences while maintaining security by enabling recipients to easily apply their stored identity to agreements
Leverage FIDO-compliant Passkey technology: Authenticate the Identity Wallet using the built-in biometric capabilities on a device (FaceID, fingerprint recognition, etc.).
Manage stored information: Through the online management portal, recipients can manage their Identity Wallet, performing actions such as; viewing what information is stored, deleting their Identity Wallet, and viewing when it expires (every three years)
Available now.
