Coupa Integrates Docusign to enable customers to esign contracts in our CLM and CLMA products.

The Coupa-DocuSign integration enables customers to sign contracts authored in Coupa CLM, with DocuSign’s e-signature solution and all the capabilities it offers. The contract approval and signature workflow is configurable using Coupa’s approvals engine. Customers can specify approvers and signatories based on the contract’s dollar amount and other variables. After all signatures are completed in DocuSign, the final contract is then stored in the Coupa CLM repository.
