Docusign, in partnership with Singpass, is giving every Singpass user and business a free Docusign account as part of its Sign with Singpass initiative.

Since its launch in 2003 Singpass has become the go-to digital platform for everyday transactions and, crucially, a trusted tool for millions of Singapore citizens and residents.

And yet, the Singpass team continues to find ways to elevate its offerings through initiatives like its exciting partnership with Docusign, which entitles Singpass users to a free Docusign account.

This partnership aligns with Singpass’s mission to improve lives, create opportunities for businesses, and empower government agencies. The integration of Sign with Singpass makes it even easier for users to handle essential tasks quickly, securely, and efficiently.

10 free envelopes for every Singpass user

A key feature of Singpass is digital signing, introduced in 2021, with Docusign as one of the first digital signing partners. This feature enables users to sign contracts and documents anywhere, anytime, using validated, secure signatures.

With this new partnership, all Singpass users can now open a free Docusign account to:

  • Send up to 10 envelopes with digital signatures via Docusign

  • Upload and self-sign unlimited documents

These capabilities are enabled by Sign with Singpass, offering a quick, easy, and secure way to digitally sign agreements. Plus, all signatures comply with Singapore’s ElectronicTransactions Act as secure electronic signatures.

Using Docusign with Sign with Singpass provides:

  • Unmatched assurance and compliance: Detailed audit trails with proof of signing parties’

  • identities, timestamps, and downloadable records.

  • Mobile-friendly convenience: Easily send and sign agreements on the go.

  • Enhanced productivity: Faster turnarounds, fewer errors, and streamlined processes.

Kartik Krishnamurthy, Vice-President at Docusign Asia-Pacific, shares: “This announcement is all about giving Singpass users a fast, simple and secure way to get agreements signed. It aligns so well with Singpass’s goal of bringing convenience into the everyday lives of Singapore citizens and residents, and reflects their commitment to continually evolve their offerings in tandem with the digital landscape.”
