DocuSign encourages customers to make full use of DocuSign services in order to understand how they can benefit their business. Accordingly, DocuSign may allow customers to exceed the number of envelopes included in their service plan. DocuSign reserves the right to prevent or stop any use of DocuSign services that appears to be abusive or is unduly burdensome.
