Adeva connects companies with tech talent in less than two days. But as the company expanded from a small developers community to a global network of distributed professionals, manual agreement processes stood in the way. International mail took weeks, and managing printed and scanned documents became increasingly difficult and risky.

Streamlining workflows in HubSpot

Initially, Adeva used a web-based Docusign plan managed solely by the CEO. When business and contract volume grew, the company wanted more flexibility to run international agreements at scale. 

Upgrading to an enhanced plan unlocked advanced features like bulk sending, workflow automation, multi-user access and seamless integration with HubSpot.

Being able to send contracts directly from HubSpot resulted in a huge efficiency boost. By integrating Docusign into its workflows, Adeva streamlined contract management while strengthening trust with its clients and talent.
