We maintain our network in one of the world’s most
secure facilities, a SAS 70 type II data center. Security
measures spare no expense and include:
- On-premise security guards
- Impenetrable building exterior with no signage, false entrances, and vehicle blockades
- Biometric key-lock access including palm scanners
- Security cameras with digital recorders and pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) capabilities
- Security portals that allow authentication for only one person at a time
Reliability
Multiple levels of redundancy ensure maximum availability
of mission critical applications. From network architecture to HVAC
services, redundancy has been accounted for in all areas. Our conditioned
power is backed up with UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supplies) and diesel
generators.
Site Monitoring
The entire DocuSign site is dynamically instrumented to
monitor components individually. We maintain passive and active monitoring,
and we incorporate a range of automated alarms, notifications and recovery
processes.
